The purpose of these general conditions is to define the rights and obligations of both parties, in the context of the Internet sales of products offered by the seller to the consumer.
ORDER CONFIRMATION AND INVOICE
The information provided and the selected articles, as well as their cost and taxes, will be sent by email, as anorder confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by the buyer, upon receipt of the order. VALIDATION PERIOD OF OFFERS AND PRICES

TRANSPORTATION AND DELIVERY
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the buyer in the order form and only in the geographic destinations specified in the delivery forms.

Any claim not made according to the rules mentioned above or after the deadlines indicated, cannot be considered.
The consumer is informed explicitly that Discryl SL is not the manufacturer of the products presented on the WEB, but a distributor thereof. Consequently, in case of damage to a person or defect of the product, only the responsibility of the manufacturer will be requested by the consumer, with respect to the information on the packaging of the product.
The warranty period for each product corresponds to that offered by the manufacturer of the same. Excluded from this warranty are all products repaired or modified by the customer or by any other company other than those selected by Discryl SL.
The withdrawal period for the purchase of goods is 14 full days from the date of receipt of your order. During this period, you can return, at your own expense, without any penalties, the Products or Products that do not suit you.

If one or more provisions of these General Conditions of Sale is considered or declared invalid in accordance with the law, regulation or after an unappeasable decision issued by a court with jurisdiction, the other provisions will retain their absolute scope and validity.
If a party does not indicate that it is unable to comply with one of the obligations listed in these general conditions, it is obliged to comply with the mentioned obligations.
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, which shall apply to what is not provided in this contract as regards interpretation, validity and execution.
In case of dispute or claim, the consumer will mainly go to Discryl SL to find a friendly solution.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the personal data provided by the Buyer will be part of Discryl SL's customer file, whose purposes are the maintenance of the Contractual relationship, control and management of sales and their corresponding charges. REGULATION OF DISPUTES

In case of dispute, the jurisdiction is assigned to the competent courts of the headquarters of Discryl SL, despite plurality of defendants or call in guarantee.
